For overseas orders please contact us for a shipping quote before placing an order, as the shipping cost will vary widely depending on location. Please be aware that there may be some restrictions on overseas shipping. Please check with your local Agricultural Department before placing an overseas order. Customers are responsible for all shipping, handling, duty and tariff charges on international orders. All SPOREPOD prices are in Canadian dollars.

All SPOREPOD syringe systems are made fresh to your order. Please allow for ample delivery time. SPOREPOD orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of your completed transaction and cleared payment. Credit card payments are cleared within 24 hours of receipt, and international money orders are cleared within 7 days of receipt. Due to the high demand for our products, some items may occasionally be on backorder. If a backorder applies to your order, we will notify you as soon as your order is placed and contact you when the item is shipped.

Please provide a detailed description of the reason for return, as well as your order number, full billing name and address.
